General Policy
30-day returns for eligible items (unused, original packaging, all accessories included).
Not Returnable Unless Damaged / Defective
- Made-to-order / custom-configured items
- Used / opened hygiene-related items (where applicable)
Oversized / Freight Items
- Return shipping is typically paid by the customer.
- Restocking fees may apply if the supplier charges them (disclosed before return is processed).
Refund Timing
- 3–7 business days inspection after we receive the item.
- 5–10 business days for bank processing.
Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items
